User Guide

Minimum System Requirements

To maintain the security and confidentiality of the information you provide to the ABS, the online form has been designed to work successfully with the most common Internet browsers, providing they support 128-bit SSL encryption. If your browser does not support 128-bit SSL encryption you will not be able to complete your form online. The online form uses JavaScript to make the form easier to use. Most browsers have JavaScript enabled.
